Application:

Pulsating pressure hydraulic oil lines requiring additional flexibility and high temperature. All sizes have exceeded 1,000,000 impulse cycles when tested with ITR spiral couplings at 250°F and 133 percent of working pressure.

Tube:

Seamless black synthetic rubber. Oil resistant. Meets ro exceeds requirements of SAE 100 R12.

Reinforcement:

Four layers of nated, spiraled, high-tensile steel wire over a layer of fabric.

Cover:

Gray synthetic rubber. Resistant to abrasion, oil, fuel, and weathering. Meets Flame Resistance Acceptance Designation US MSHA.

Temperature:

-40°F to 200°F with peaks up to 250°F. -40°C to 120°C.
