JGB Expands into Canada with First Add-on Acquisition
We are elated to announce that JGB Enterprises has acquired HosePower Canada (HPC)!
Headquartered outside of Toronto, Ontario, HPC is a distributor of hydraulic, industrial and propane hose, fittings, and accessories. The Company has six locations across Eastern and Western Canada and serves over 3,000 customers across a variety of end markets including forestry, construction, agricultural, and diversified industrials.
This Acquisition allows JGB Enterprises to accelerate our geographic expansion throughout North America reigniting our Hydraulic Hose and Accessory product offering while leveraging collective commercial and operational synergies.
