"NO LOSS" - 90 DEGREE VALVE - 677 SERIES KAMLOK COUPLERS AND ADAPTORS

Two-stage Valve designed to prevent product loss during coupling and uncoupling of storage tank and fill hose. The 677-A (adaptor) section of valve is a male adaptor X male NPT.
Valve Adaptor is anodized cast aluminum construction complete with Buna-N seals and stainless steel spring.
Available sizes: • 2"x 2" • 4"x 4"

The 677-B (90 Degree Angle) section of valve opens, closes and controls product flow through coupled valve.
Valve is anodized cast aluminum construction complete with brass stem and seat.
Available sizes: • 2"x 1-1/2" (valve end -2") • 2"x2" • 4"x4"

Typical installation would consist of 677-A (adaptor) to be installed on the storage tank or bladder. The adaptor valve is in the closed position until coupled and opened, using the 677-B valve. Once the valve is coupled, the smooth operating hand wheel control opens and closes both stages of the valve simultaneously. When fluid transfer is complete, simply return the valve to the closed position; this will close both the storage tank valve and the fill hose valve. Valve can now be uncoupled with no product loss, which is especially important when using a long length of fill hose.
