Tufftex - Woven Nylon Abrasion Protection Sleeving
Tufftex - W is designed to provide abrasion protection for hoses, cables and wires. Manufactured from high tenacity multi-filament Nylon yarn and woven into a flexible tubular sleeving. The construction provides for an easy means to protect, bundle and manage your product in various applications.
The standard applications include abrasion hose protection and covers for hoses, cables, and wire harnesses. Chaffing protection for ropes and chains that may cause cosmetic or physical damage.
Typical market applications include hydraulic hose protection, hose bundling, cable and wire harness management in the heavy equipment and automotive industries, distributor and hose fabrication repair shops.

- Woven multifilament, high tenacity, nylon-6 sleeve
- Provides light weight abrasion protection over many applications
- Operating temperature 125°C (257°F)
- Meets or exceeds ISO6985 abrasion standard
- MSHA approved for use in underground mines
- Resistant to bacterial and mildew
- Available in black
- Size range available from 11/16 thru 3-5/8" (17-92mm) I.D.
Tufftex HLC Reuseable Abrasion Resistant Bundling Sleeve
Each sleeve is constructed using 1050 ballistic nylon fabric with a heavy urethane coating and a tough hook and loop closure system. Tufftex HLC can be cut to length in the field using scissors or hot knife for easy application.

- Provides a water resistant flexible bundling system for hoses, cables and tubing for various industrial applications
- UV and fluid resistant
- Operating temperature range from -54 to 107°C (-65 to 225°F)
- Size range available from 1 thru 8" (25-203mm) I.D.

- Braided polyester, expandable monofilament sleeving
- Standard color is black
- Provides abrasion protection for a broad range of applications
- Expandable for ease of installation
- Utilized in jacketing, bundling cables and wire assemblies
- Temperature rated up to 125°C (257°F)
- Size range available from 0.125 thru 2.50" (3-64 mm) nominal I.D. and expandable up to 4.50" (114mm)
