Willcox Hose® Rackmaster® Bottom Loading Hose Type 1061 is specifically designed for today's gasoline and diesel formulas. A specially designed hose for bottom loading having flame resistant cloth under outer cover, galvanized, internal wire, and a heavy-gauge galvanized carbon steel external wire.  Rackmaster® Bottom Loading Hose is available as a factory assembly with fixed or floating TTMA flanges in 4" diameter standard and built to custom lengths as required. Please note: Due to the precise lengths required in this application, we require to know whether the measured length of the assembly is under pressure or not. This ensures correct calculation of the manufactured length and therefore what the under pressure length should be. All factory fitted assemblies are hydrostatically tested to 1-1/2 times MWP.

Rackmaster Special Ordering Information:
Composite hose elongates under pressure and it is imperative to provide the
factory or authorized fabricator with the specific overall length required under
a pressurized length or non-pressurized length. Rackmaster overall length
tolerance is +/- 2". Please consult JGB to assure the proper measuring
lengths.

• Fitting pressure rating may limit working pressure of an assembly.
• Increased operating temperatures will reduce working pressure of the hose.
• Rated working pressures are 70° F or worldwide ambient temperatures.
