Willcox Hose® Type 4121 is a heavy duty hose of Fluoropolymer/PTFE lined for hazardous chemical transfer applications with a standard T316 stainless steel inner and a galvanized steel outer wire. Willcox Hose® Type 4124 is a heavy duty hose of Fluoropolymer/PTFE lined for hazardous chemical transfer applications with a standard T316 stainless steel inner and outer wire. With a 250 psi MWP up to 3" diameter (200 psi in 4" diameter) and a minimum four-to-one safety factor, these hoses provides safe and reliable chemical transfers where a PTFE Fluoropolymer liner is preferred by owners and operators. Available with its high visibility light blue PVC impregnated cover that resists abrasion, ozone and UV attack makes it tough and durable in service. All factory fitted assemblies are hydrostatically tested to one and a half times MWP. Assemblies are available with carbon steel, T316 stainless steel, polypropylene, brass and other materials in a variety of end fitting configurations. |
