Salem-Republic Champion Glideflex LCD Food and Dairy Hose is a lightweight and flexible, abrasion resistant, patented Glideflex design combined with FDA safe materials of construction.

The extreme flexibility of the Glideflex LCD Hose means that it can accommodate the tightest of bend requirements. The Low Coefficient of Drag (LCD) spiral bumper creates the most efficient handling ever seen in a hose for food and dairy requirements. Nevertheless the hose will resist the abrasion of rough, non-slip surfaces common in food processing operations. These features eliminate operator fatigue from handling the hose.

The revolutionary Glideflex LCD construction can be built for discharge applications up to 200 PSI. A wide variety of FDA safe tube compounds yield hose designs that can be used to handle anything from abrasive dry bulk, to edible oil, to high temperature Clean In Place dairy applications.

The Champion Vol-U-Flex® construction provides longer service life than conventional hose. Kinking not only restricts flow, it also makes a permanent fatigue and wear point within the hose. Custom-engineered for each application, this proven Vol-U-Flex® design is manufactured with a variety of FDA grade compounds.
