Main Product Features and Benefits

Astaflex vacuum hose is made of a antistatic mix of LDPE and EVA that renders the hose slightly conductive (10¹² up to 10¹³ Ω/m). This makes Astaflex an ideal dust rejecting hose that will keep its outside cleaner even when working in a heavily dusty environment. Its low conductivity also offers more comfort to the user by decreasing the level of static electricity.

Astaflex is very resistant to aging. It will resist continuous vibrations and movements.

Astaflex is made of high quality polyethylene (LDPE). Its profile allows for an outstanding flexibility all along its life. Astaflex enjoys an excellent chemical resistance to most low concentration alkalies, acids and mineral oils. Astaflex is not suited for gasoline, solvent or kerosene. Astaflex offers an excellent memory when crushed. It will spring back to shape whether stepped on or even driven on by a truck.
