Application:

• In-plant pneumatic instrument equipment requiring protection from abrasive environments and weld splatter in plant areas.
• Oil field BOP pneumatic equipment environments.

Features & Advantages:

• Inner tubes are number-coded to make for easier application installations.
• HDPE tubes provide higher temperature and pressure capabilities than comparable low density polyethylene tubes.
• Special black HDPE material offers UV and weather resistance tubes.
• Inner tubes have enhanced crush resistance and mechanical properties that enable them to be used in place of more expensive metal tubing.
• Cabled construction provides tighter bend radius values without putting undue strain on the tubes.
• Film barrier over cabled tubes allows for easy removal of the outer jacket and separation of the tubes.
• Extra thick PVC outer jacket provides protection from high weathering, adds durability, and is resistant to inorganic and organic chemicals.
• Saves installation costs versus using more expensive armor or conduit type products.

HDPE Tube Material Standards: HDPE Material: ASTM D-1248 classification Type III Class C Grade W9 Category 5 ASTM D-1693 ESCR > 5000 hours

Black PVC Jacket Material Information: Black PVC Jacket - 3/16" thick jacket combines flexibility with good abrasion resistance. Made using 88 Shore "A" PVC light weight and abrasion resistant compound.

Bundle Configurations: For a choice of available HDPE tubes in 1/4" or 3/8" OD sizes, as separate bundle configurations, or in combination, please see the table information.

Available Lengths: The part numbers shown below indicate standard 1,000 ft. reel lengths of those configurations. Tubing bundles are made to order.
