The vacuum-resistant food and beverage hose with a UPE inner lining
The vacuum-resistant version of the Blaudieck® LGDSU branded hose, with its embedded steel wire helix, offers uncompromising quality at a reasonable price. The hygienic UPE inner lining, which is smooth, non-porous, plasticizer-free and completely neutral in terms of odor and taste, is suitable for a diverse range of applications in the beverage and food industries. It is characterized by outstanding resistance to all the commonly used cleaning and disinfection products and is also suitable for CIP cleaning processes. Both inner lining and cover are resistant to grease, oil and aggressive chemicals, such as acids and alkalis. When combined with our swaged coupling systems and rubber protection rings, it becomes the ideal hose line!
Tube:
White, non-porous, plasticizer-free UPE inner lining; completely neutral in terms of odor and taste
Reinforcement:
Synthetic fibers / steel wire helix
Cover:
Blue, fabric patterned NBR-cover, resistant to ozone, weather, UV and abrasion
Temperature:
-22°F up to +203°F / -30°C up to +95°C (+230°F / +110°C max. 20 minutes)
Can be steamed up to +266°F / +130°C (max. 60 minutes)
Branding:
2 white stripes on blue cover "Continental ContiTech BLAUDIECK® UPE FDA glass/fork symbol BfR EG 1935/2004 2023/2006 Made in Germany" spirally applied
